When you look back, it all makes sense.
From surviving the storm to leading through the change.

My Core Values
- Faith-Rooted Transformation
- Truth Over Hustle
- Courage Over Comfort
- Leadership as Service
My life has been shaped by transformation—forced, chosen, and faith-led. As a young immigrant arriving in the U.S. with nothing, I learned early on that resilience is a muscle you must build. That resilience carried me into executive leadership roles across technology, philanthropy, workforce development, and disaster-response organizations. I spent my career building leaders, funding the future, and driving strategy at scale, leading large-scale initiatives that generated millions in impact. I understand leadership not just in theory, but in practice—under pressure, in complexity, and through profound change.
But what truly defines my work isn’t the titles I’ve held—it is the transformation I’ve experienced. After surviving the literal destruction of my home in a devastating tornado, I learned what many high achievers eventually face: when the noise stops, the accolades fall away, and control is stripped from your hands, what remains must be rooted in truth. That season of breaking became the catalyst for the deepest work of my life. As we rebuilt our home, God was rebuilding me. It reshaped my faith, my identity, and my entire understanding of leadership.
"I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all answers, and I will never ask you to become someone you’re not."
Today, I am the founder of Lead Through Change, a transformational ecosystem designed for leaders—especially women—who are done surviving and ready to lead fully aligned, grounded, and free. On a personal level, I am a proud wife, a mother of two, and a woman of deep faith. I believe leadership is lived, not perfected. I value honesty over polish, growth over pretending, and courage over comfort.
