My Core Values

  • Faith-Rooted Transformation
  • Truth Over Hustle
  • Courage Over Comfort
  • Leadership as Service

When you look back, it all makes sense.

My life has been shaped by transformation—forced, chosen, and faith-led. From immigrating to the U.S. with nothing, to rising into executive leadership in the tech and nonprofit space, to surviving the literal destruction of my home in a tornado—every chapter has refined how I lead, how I listen, and how I help others rise.

I am the founder of Lead Through Change, a transformational ecosystem that includes a forthcoming book, 1:1 and group coaching, and a 12-week Transformation Academy designed for leaders—especially women—who are done surviving and ready to lead fully aligned, grounded, and free.

Professional Journey

Professionally, I’ve spent my career building leaders, funding the future, and driving impact at scale. I’ve served in executive roles across technology, philanthropy, workforce development, and disaster-response organizations—leading strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and large-scale initiatives that generate millions in impact. I understand leadership not just in theory, but in practice—under pressure, in complexity, and through change.

The Catalyst

But what truly defines my work isn’t the titles—it’s the transformation. After losing my home in a tornado, I learned what many high achievers eventually face: when the noise stops, the accolades fall away, and control is stripped—what remains must be rooted in truth. That season became the catalyst for the deepest work of my life. It reshaped my faith, my identity, and my understanding of leadership.

"I don’t coach performance for performance’s sake. I coach presence over pressure, truth over hustle, and alignment over exhaustion."

My clients are leaders who are capable, driven, and successful on paper—yet sense there is more: more peace, more clarity, more purpose, more impact without burnout. Together, we dismantle limiting beliefs, break old patterns, and rebuild leadership from the inside out—so success no longer costs your soul.

On a personal level, I am a wife, a mother of two, and a woman of deep faith. I believe leadership is lived—not perfected. I value honesty over polish, growth over pretending, and courage over comfort. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all answers, and I will never ask you to become someone you’re not.

If you’re ready to stop pushing, start leading differently, and rise into the version of you that has been waiting on the other side of change—you’re in the right place.
