When you look back,
it all makes sense.
My life has been shaped by transformation—forced, chosen, and faith-led. From immigrating to the U.S. with nothing, to rising into executive leadership in the tech and nonprofit space, to surviving the literal destruction of my home in a tornado—every chapter has refined how I lead, how I listen, and how I help others rise.
I am the founder of Lead Through Change, a transformational ecosystem designed for leaders—especially women—who are done surviving and ready to lead fully aligned, grounded, and free.
